Our substantial journey started in the year 1957 when C. A. Salve (1914-1970), the Founder of "Salve Tiles and Marbles (Parent Firm)", seen a dream of constructing a greater society. C. A. Salve's "The Sleepless River", perpetual hard work returned him with the award from the former Finance Minister "Thiru Moraji Desai" for his contribution to the development of a better society. Kamlesh Salve, the Managing Director of "House of Salve" and graduate in Civil Engineering, proceeded the same journey to the next level, with a vision of constructing quality and sustainable living at an affordable price.
We have evolved into a prime construction organisation that sets the standards for our peers in the industry. We focus on building affordable homes, and we make no compromise in quality. We have made it a habit of delivering excellence promptly. Our projects are widely recognised. Our objective is to develop remarkable projects that our customers will love.

Kamlesh Salve, Managing Director House Of Salve, holds a graduate degree in civil engineering from Anna University. In the past years, he has earned experience in the field of project management and execution, customer relations management.
Kamlesh has a keen eye for details and a creative mind that comes up with the most innovative ideas that add elegance to the projects. With an ambitious vision to create projects that remain as icons.
